Sorbitan Mono Laurate
SOL Sorbitan monolaurate is produced by the esterification of Sorbitol with commercial coconut fatty acid.
Physical/Chemical Specification
- Color & Appearance: Yellow to Amber Viscous Oily Liquid
- Acid Value: Max. 8 mgKOH/g
- Saponification Value: 158-175 mgKOH/g
- Hydroxyl Value: 330-360 mgKOH/g
- Moisture Content: Max. 1%
- Viscosity at 25°C: 3500-5000 cps

Application
